Shipping & Delivery

We usually ship Next Business Day to anywhere in Australia after cleared payments, however in some cases it may have some delay due to the work load and we don't ship on weekend and Australian Public Holidays.

We use Australia Post to deliver your item, and please make sure the delivery address on your account is correct. Oversized item cannot be delivered to a PO Box. If you are in doubt, please send us an email.

We will never share your information with any other party, and we DO NOT store your credit card details. Your payment is proessed by highly secured systems offered by other companies, such as PayPal.

Returns & Replacements

By law in Australia all purchases have a 7 day money back guarantee. If you would like to return your item, please send us a message through contact and we will send you the return instructions.

Returned Goods must be in ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED, FACTORY PACKAGING.

Once your item is received, we will refund the total order amount minus the shipping cost to the account that was used to pay for the order. If the item was found to be faulty on arrival (DOA), we will replace/repair the item for free, and we will also pay for the standard shipping cost to send the item back to us.

Cancellations

Should you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible! Although we will make every attempt to honor your request for cancellation, it may not always be possible once the order has been processed by our team. And please keep in mind that we do not answer email during weekends or public holidays!
